Where to go to study in Florida
Florida has way over 100 universities and colleges and they can’t all be discussed here. The prominent ones, however, will be talked about based on cost, graduation rate, track records, location and other key factors as they may apply.
- University of Florida: The university campus is situated in Gainesville. The school has a relatively low cost of living as well as state-of-the-art facilities. The school’s College of Business, College of Law, College of Medicine and College of Engineering offers mouth-watering programs. Its in-state fee staggers at $6,000 while the out-of-state, at $28,658.
- University of Miami: This private institution is located in Coral Gables and was established in 1925. The school is placed number 6 according to 2019 Florida University Ranking. - Florida State University: Located in Tallahassee and founded in 1854, Florida State University which is reputed to be a great research university. The school has a faculty-student ratio of 22:1. - University of South Florida: This is an award-winning university promises memorable campus experiences, eye-opening researches, and ample student resources. - University of West Florida: This is a public university located in Pensacola is mid-sized with a students’ enrollment of roughly 7000. The school is accredited to award associate, baccalaureate, master’s specialist as well as doctoral degrees.
