Dichro drops full-length debut album, ‘Stained Glass’ – Out now
The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based darkwave band Dichro has just released its debut full-length album, “Stained Glass”, under the Distortion Productions label. “Stained Glass” is available now on CD through Distortion Productions and can be streamed or purchased on all major digital platforms.
The album has been four years in the making and covers a wide array of themes, ranging from raw, unfiltered anger to contemplative reflections on past mistakes and future aspirations.
The band consists of Charmaine Freemonk, the band’s frontwoman, Tracey Whorton on drums, Dirk Miller on guitar, and Peter Guellard on bass and programming. The band’s debut was preceded by two singles, “The Ubiquitous Mr Lovegrove (Cover) (August 2020) and “Mercy” (May 2024).
