(By Hon Sala) The Brazilian electronic duo Aesthetische are back with a very club-oriented 5-track EP “We Follow Blindly”. The title song features the beautiful (and very sweet) voice of Mari Kattman who seems to have become a favourite collaborator for the band. The combination is extremely catchy and should please all in favour of cleane danceable electro beats with lush female vocals and especially those craving for Delerium-style dance food.

Check the EP out below or download it from Bandcamp. Note that the EP is exclusively available for now via Bandcamp, all other platforms will follow later on giving the fans of HQ audio the exclusivity.

The EP features the original version of “We Follow Blindly” next to a progressive cut and an even more trance-like remix by the German synth pop /EBM fame Neuroticfish. This latter remix will easily find its way into the clubs. The EP gets augmented by a darker melancholic song called “Breathe” featuring Diana S. from Junksista fame. The sexiness is allover it! Last but not least, there’s the instrumental dance anthem-like piece “Eye On You”.

Although this isn’t a review, it’s clear that we totally love what we hear here and we can only warmly recommend this beauty!

DJ-food for sure!

Since you’re here …

… we have a small favour to ask. More people are reading Side-Line Magazine than ever but advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. Unlike many news organisations, we haven’t put up a paywall – we want to keep our journalism as open as we can - and we refuse to add annoying advertising. So you can see why we need to ask for your help.

Side-Line’s independent journalism takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we want to push the artists we like and who are equally fighting to survive.

If everyone who reads our reporting, who likes it, helps fund it, our future would be much more secure. For as little as 5 US$, you can support Side-Line Magazine – and it only takes a minute. Thank you.
